We collect information you provide directly (email address, payment details) and information generated through your use of our service (scan queries, leads viewed, usage statistics). We do not collect or store any personal data about the businesses you search for.
We use your information to: provide and improve the LeadCortex service; process payments; send transactional emails (receipts, account updates); monitor usage to enforce plan limits; and prevent abuse. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your account data is stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted in the EU. Payment processing is handled by PayPal. We do not store full payment card details. Search results are cached temporarily on our servers and are not permanently stored.
If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google. We do not access your Google contacts, Gmail, Drive, or any other Google services. You can revoke this access at any time from your Google account settings.
We use essential session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can clear cookies at any time from your browser settings.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing akram.onahi@gmail.com. We will delete your data within 30 days of the request.
We use: Google Places API (to fetch business data — subject to Google's Privacy Policy); PayPal (for payments — subject to PayPal's Privacy Policy); Supabase (for database hosting); Vercel (for application hosting). These services have their own privacy policies.
We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS, encrypted database connections, row-level security (RLS), and server-side authentication. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
