By creating an account or using LeadCortex, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
LeadCortex provides a lead intelligence platform that uses the Google Places API to help users discover local businesses. The service is provided as-is. Business data accuracy depends on Google's data and may not always be current.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not share your account with others or use the service to abuse, spam, or harass businesses.
LeadCortex operates on a credit system. 1 credit = 1 lead scan. Credits are consumed when you perform a search, regardless of whether you use the results. Credits do not roll over between billing periods. Payments are processed by PayPal and are non-refundable except as required by law.
You may use LeadCortex only for lawful purposes. You may not: attempt to circumvent credit limits; scrape or extract data in bulk beyond your plan limits; use the service to send unsolicited messages (spam); reverse engineer or copy the platform; resell access to the service without permission.
Business data returned by LeadCortex is sourced from Google Places API. This data is subject to Google's Terms of Service. You may use this data for legitimate business prospecting but must comply with all applicable laws regarding outreach and communication.
LeadCortex, its design, code, and content are owned by the operator. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT BUSINESS DATA IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR UP TO DATE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR OUTCOMES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF LEAD DATA.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEADCORTEX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE LAST 3 MONTHS.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
